This podcast didn’t start as a media project.
It started as a utility.
I spend a lot of time learning — at the gym, commuting, walking, traveling. I rarely consume content passively. I go deep. I pick a subject. I try to understand it properly. Not the surface narrative — the structure underneath.
At some point I realized:
Instead of sending long voice notes and .mp3 files to colleagues and co-founders about what I was thinking about that week… I could just publish it.
So I did.
That’s how Coordinated with Fredrik began.
What This Is
Most episodes are me following my curiosity.
AI. Energy systems. Coordination. Accelerationism. Markets. Thermodynamics. Organizational design.
Sometimes philosophy. Sometimes technology. Often both.
This is not a news podcast.
It’s not interviews (mostly).
It’s not optimized for growth.
It’s thinking in public.

Why “Coordinated”?
Coordination is a theme I keep returning to.
In energy systems.
In companies.
In markets.
In AI.
The world is increasingly about coordination capacity — not just intelligence, not just capital, not just hardware — but how well systems align.
This podcast is my way of exploring that idea in real time.
A Note on AI
Most episodes are AI-assisted.
I use state-of-the-art research models to dig into topics quickly and deeply. For structuring and long-form synthesis, I currently like NotebookLM a lot. It’s extremely good at helping me turn research into something listenable.
But here’s the important part:
The curiosity is mine.
The direction is mine.
The judgment is mine.
AI is the research assistant. I’m still responsible for the thinking.

That’s the only sustainable filter.
